Initial setting time of cement:
Initial setting time of cement is the time when cement and water start chemical reaction. Initial setting time of cement is 30 minutes.
Final setting time of cement:
Final setting time of cement is time between when cement and water in harden state. For ordinary Portland cement final setting time for cement is 10 hr or 600 minutes.
Initial and final setting time of cement is determined with Vicat apparatus.
